Tutti i dischi freno hanno un ABE, anche per scooter.
I dischi sono a bassa usura e hanno una durata fino al 30% superiore rispetto ad alcuni pezzi di ricambio comparabili.
Tutte le varianti: dischi fuoristrada Allround, RAC ed EC, realizzati in acciaio estremamente dimensionalmente stabile e temprato.
La precisa smerigliatura della superficie (deviazione dello spessore di 2 / 100mm) evita le vibrazioni e migliora l'adattamento dei cuscinetti.
L'accumulo e il rilascio uniformi della temperatura consentono un punto di pressione costante.
Una nuova lega speciale previene l'eccessiva corrosione.
La tecnologia laser consente una costruzione leggera con contorni sottili.
Ogni disco freno può essere azionato individualmente con pastiglie freno della gamma TRW-Lucas.
