The SCHUBERTH C5 modular helmet represents the new flagship of the range, the first in the series with dual P/J certification and compliant with the latest ECE-R 22.06 standard, combining maximum safety and advanced aerodynamic performance in a compact and lightweight design that continues the evolution of the iconic 'C' philosophy. Resulting from an extremely rigorous design process, it includes 20,000 hours of development, over 2,000 helmets tested in the SCHUBERTH climate chamber and wind tunnel, and more than 400 hours of road testing in Germany. With over twenty years of experience in the segment, initiated by the first Concept, SCHUBERTH has consistently raised the standards for modular helmets, and the C5 is its most current expression: lightweight and safe, modern and aggressive yet also elegant and quiet.

EXCEPTIONAL ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Since the beginning of the modular helmet's history marked by the Concept, exceptional acoustic performance has always been a distinguishing feature of SCHUBERTH modular helmets. During the development of the C5, SCHUBERTH engineers dedicated over 200 hours in the company wind tunnel to define the lines and shapes of the shell.

These studies, along with a new collar design that ensures a perfect fit with the shell, have allowed the C5 to achieve the remarkable result of 85 dB(a) at 100 km/h on an unfaired motorcycle.

NEW FRONT AIR INLET

The SCHUBERTH C5 introduces an innovative ventilation concept through a dual air inlet located on the chin guard, enhanced by a removable and washable filter, capable of ensuring optimal breathing even in extreme conditions.

INNOVATIVE VENTILATION SYSTEM

The innovative internal ventilation system introduced with the C5 marks a new benchmark in the industry. The thermal regulation of the rider's head now reaches unparalleled levels thanks to the combined action of a system of free channels carved into the inner surface of the EPS and not covered by padding, and the innovative rear spoiler that acts as an extractor for hot air.

SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

The SCHUBERTH C5 sets a new standard in terms of comfort. The padding offered as standard has been developed to provide uncompromising comfort to all SCHUBERTH customers, but for those with head shapes outside the standard who until now had to compromise between sizes and comfort, the C5 introduces the SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM.

An innovative program that takes the concept of comfort to new standards capable of ensuring a perfect fit for all motorcyclists thanks to the ability to customize the side and rear padding (in sizes M/L/XL) and the cheek pads (for all sizes).

SAFETY FIRST

At SCHUBERTH, safety is a mandate. With the C5, SCHUBERTH launches its first helmet with P/J certification and compliant with the new ECE-R 22.06 regulations. This new step forward involves the introduction of a carbon fiber reinforcement in the shell made with Direct Fiber Processing technology to make it more resistant to impacts without adding weight.

Additionally, like all SCHUBERTH models, the C5 is equipped with the Anti-Roll-Off System connected to the chin straps now repositioned further forward than the traditional housing, to ensure greater comfort in the throat area.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The most advanced technology available for your SCHUBERTH C5. Extremely easy to install, configure, and use, the SC2 sets a new standard for communication while riding. High-definition speakers and three antennas, one FM, one Bluetooth, and one for Mesh communication, are already installed in the helmet.

The SC2 requires just a few seconds to be installed, which is just the time needed to connect the high-definition microphone via a simple jack, remove the covers from the main unit and wireless remote housing, attach them, and the system is connected!

MESH 2.0

Thanks to the innovative Mesh 2.0 technology, the SCHUBERTH SC2 communication system offers an unparalleled level of connection, redefining the concept of 'communication network'. With Mesh 2.0 technology, it is now possible to connect with virtually an infinite number of participants.

In addition, the SCHUBERTH SC2 system includes next-generation high-definition speakers and microphone developed by Sena, an advanced noise reduction system, voice assistant, and a communication range comparable to the most high-performing products available on the market.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE

The SCHUBERTH C5 confirms its leadership in terms of acoustic comfort with only 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked bike. Thanks to its proprietary wind tunnel, SCHUBERTH has optimized every single component both inside and outside the helmet. The result is an unparalleled level of sound insulation enriched by the brand new collar.

VISOR WITH POSITION MEMORY

It is always the small details that make the difference between a common helmet and a SCHUBERTH. Introduced for the first time on the sun visor of the E1, the position memory function is now also included on the C5 visor. With this function, regardless of the position of the visor with the chin guard closed, it will be maintained after opening and closing the chin guard.
