RETURNS

You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 30 days from the date of delivery (including holidays). After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.

You can use the right of withdrawal by choosing between refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item make a request for return specifying the problem encountered.

 

BEFORE MAKING THE RETURN

Check that you have the following requirements before shipping and follow these simple instructions:

  • check that the product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is packaged carefully and in an orderly manner;
  • the returned product must not have been used in any way and there must be no signs of assembly otherwise it can no longer be considered as new;
  • check that any original labels are perfectly intact and have not been removed, that all items are present (original packaging, instructions, screws ...).

To make a return, repackage the item in the original packaging in which you received the product. If the original packaging is not available, pack the item in a cardboard box with adequate protection to prevent damage in transit.

If your return does not comply with the above conditions, the return request cannot be accepted, the package will be returned and the refund or replacement will not be made.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make the return you can choose whether to use the service of EASY RETURN or RETURN BY CUSTOMER.

 

EASY RETURN

With the EASY RETURN service, our operators will provide you with the documentation to print and bring along with the package to one of the BRT-Fermopoints in the area.

The cost of the service depends on your country:

  • Return from Italy - € 10
  • Returns from EU countries - € 20
  • Returns from Extra-EU countries - price varies depending on the type of product, please contact Customer Service for more information.

 

RETURN BY CUSTOMER

The return by customer care allows you to choose the courier you prefer. The costs are your responsibility and will depend on the service you have chosen.

In the return procedure choose the option "I will use a courier of my choice at my expense".

Wait for confirmation from Customer Service before proceeding with the shipment.

You will receive by email the documents to be included in the package.

If to return your order you decide to use the return by customer care, the package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

 

IN CASE OF REFUND

As soon as we receive the return we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met. If the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund within 14 working days of receipt of the package.

The refund will be made through the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.

If the order was paid cash on delivery the refund will be made by bank transfer, in this case the transfer is made within 30 days.

 

IN CASE OF REPLACEMENT

As soon as we receive the return we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met. If the procedure has been carried out correctly, a new order will be generated for the replacement.

In the event that it was necessary to pay a difference for the replacement you will receive by email the request for payment of the same.

In the event that the new item costs less, you will receive a partial refund of the amount owed to you.

The timing of sending the replacement item may vary depending on the availability of the article, we will communicate the expected timing of shipment together with the generation of the new order.
