C5 represents the new generation of modular helmets and is the result of 20,000 hours of design, 2000 helmets tested in the climatic chamber and wind tunnel SCHUBERTH, and over 400 hours of testing on the roads of Germany.

SCHUBERTH's history in the modular helmet segment began over 20 years ago with CONCEPT, the first modular helmet under the SCHUBERTH brand. Since then, SCHUBERTH has been a protagonist of an ENDLESS EVOLUTION journey that has made the company the undisputed leader in the segment, constantly raising and setting new standards. C5 is lightweight, yet safe. It has a modern and aggressive design, yet elegant and silent.

EXCEPTIONAL AEROACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Since the beginning of the modular helmet history marked by CONCEPT, exceptional aeroacoustic performance has always been a distinctive element of SCHUBERTH modular helmets. During the development of C5, SCHUBERTH engineers dedicated over 200 hours in the company's wind tunnel for the definition of the shell's lines and shapes.

These studies, combined with a new collar design that ensures a perfect fit with the shell, have allowed C5 to achieve the remarkable result of 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle.

NEW FRONT AIR INTAKE

SCHUBERTH C5 introduces an innovative ventilation concept through a dual air intake located on the chin guard, embellished with a removable and washable filter that ensures optimal breathing even in extreme conditions.

INNOVATIVE VENTILATION SYSTEM

The innovative internal ventilation system introduced with C5 sets a new benchmark in the industry. The thermoregulation of the rider's head now reaches unparalleled levels thanks to the combined action of free channels carved on the inner surface of the EPS and not covered by padding, and the innovative rear spoiler that acts as a hot air extractor.

SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

SCHUBERTH C5 sets a new standard in terms of comfort. The standard padding has been developed to offer uncompromising comfort to all SCHUBERTH customers, but for all those people with non-standard head shapes who until now had to compromise between sizes and comfort, C5 introduces the SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM.

An innovative program that brings the concept of comfort to new standards, ensuring a perfect fit for all motorcyclists thanks to the possibility of customizing the side and rear paddings (in sizes M/L/XL) and the cheek pads (for all sizes).

SAFETY FIRST

In SCHUBERTH, safety is a must. With C5, SCHUBERTH launches its first helmet with P/J homologation and compliant with the new ECE-R 22.06 regulations. This new step forward includes the introduction of a carbon fiber reinforcement in the shell made with Direct Fiber Processing technology in order to make it more impact resistant, but without making it heavier.

Furthermore, like all SCHUBERTH models, C5 is equipped with the Anti-Roll-Off-System connected to the straps, now repositioned further forward than the traditional housing, to ensure greater comfort in the throat area.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The most advanced technology available for your SCHUBERTH C5. Extremely easy to install, configure, and use, SC2 sets a new standard for communication on motorcycles. High-definition speakers and three antennas, one FM, one Bluetooth, and one for Mesh communication, are already installed in the helmet.

SC2 takes just a few seconds to install, just enough time to connect the high-definition microphone via a simple jack, remove the covers of the main unit and the wireless remote control compartments, attach them, and the system is connected!

MESH 2.0

Thanks to the innovative Mesh 2.0 technology, the SCHUBERTH SC2 communication system offers an unparalleled level of connection, redefining the concept of "communication network". With Mesh 2.0 technology, it is now possible to connect with virtually an unlimited number of participants.

In addition to this, the SCHUBERTH SC2 system includes high-definition speakers and microphone of the latest generation developed by Sena, an advanced noise reduction system, voice assistant, and a communication range comparable to the most high-performance products available on the market.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE

SCHUBERTH C5 confirms its leadership in terms of aeroacoustic comfort with only 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle. Thanks to its proprietary wind tunnel, SCHUBERTH has optimized every single component both inside and outside the helmet. The result is an unparalleled level of noise insulation enhanced by the brand new collar.

VISOR WITH POSITION MEMORY

It is always the small details that make the difference between a common helmet and a SCHUBERTH helmet. Introduced for the first time on the sun visor of the E1, the position memory function is now also included on the C5 visor. With this function, regardless of the position of the visor with the chin guard closed, it will be maintained after opening and closing the chin guard.
