The complete transmission group Malossi OVER RANGE for Kymco AK 550 engines is characterized by a new variator, the MULTIVAR MHR, which offers exceptional performance.
The movable pulley, with a larger diameter than the original, allows for a greater range of transmission ratio, thanks to its cutting-edge technological features.
The pulley is made with special materials and a thermochemical treatment that gives it a very high wear resistance and great mechanical strength.
The fixed half-pulley, with a diamond-cut surface on the belt sliding area and a recalculated angle, further increases the gear range.
Finally, the OVER RANGE system is completed by the torsion controller.
