The complete transmission group Malossi OVER RANGE MHR Next for Yamaha T-Max 530cc is renewed with a new variator that offers unique performance.
The MULTIVAR MHR Next variator, combined with the other components, allows for exceptional performance.
The mobile pulley, called torque driver, has a larger diameter than the original, allowing for a significantly higher transmission ratio excursion.
Malossi technicians have paid great attention to detail in the realization of this pulley, using special materials and a thermochemical treatment that guarantees extremely high wear resistance and great mechanical strength.
The OVER RANGE system also includes a fixed half-pulley with a diamond-worked belt sliding surface and a recalculated angle to further increase the shift range.
Finally, to complete the OVER RANGE system, the torsion controller is provided.
