Made from special cementation steel, these wheels have been created with CNC gear cutting machines and ground on the contact surfaces.
Thanks to small pockets on the contact surfaces, effective lubrication is guaranteed between the walls that slide against each other.
The number of teeth has been carefully calculated to offer an optimized transmission ratio.
In addition, lightening holes have been drilled in the wheels, except in the contact section with the cross, to avoid breaking points.
These gear wheels have the same number of teeth as the original ones and the same gear pitch, but the tooth band has been moved to optimize engagement with the primary shaft.
The position of the driving tooth with the cross and the spaces between the gear changes remain unchanged.
