Malossi FLY SYSTEM clutch and bell D 107 for Yamaha and Minarelli engines

The Malossi FLY SYSTEM Ø 107 mm clutch and bell is a complete centrifugal clutch group designed for SPORT scooters with Yamaha and Minarelli engines. This system consists of the renowned reinforced clutch for heavy road use, the Fly Clutch, and the DC04 Clutch Bell made of steel, which has been dynamically balanced.

The new Malossi proposal aims to guarantee superior quality by combining two high-quality components that optimize the operation of the scooter's power transmission system. Given the growing interest in both items, we have decided to offer a package that includes both products. This allows Malossi to provide two high-quality products in a single package at a slightly more affordable price.

The Fly Clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch designed to easily handle heavy use such as frequent restarts on mountain routes or in city traffic, with traffic lights, especially when carrying a passenger or during hot seasons when it becomes difficult to control temperatures. The Fly Clutch has benefited from Malossi's experience, acquired through research and thousands of tests carried out during scooter competitions.

The Clutch Bell has the following technical characteristics: a DC04 mild steel bell obtained through cold stamping, a central hub made of carbon steel obtained from a bar and welded with Tig welding, a vibration-damping plate stamped and fixed with 3 welding points placed 120° apart. Balancing is carried out 100% on the entire production, and the bell undergoes a soft nitriding heat treatment.
