The Malossi CLUTCH BELL friction bell is an essential component. With an internal diameter of 107 mm, this bell offers high-level performance. Its weight of 463 grams ensures a balanced weight distribution on the bike.
Made of mild steel P04, the bell is obtained through cold stamping, guaranteeing greater strength and durability over time. The central hub is made of carbon steel, derived from a bar and welded using Tig welding. This production process ensures greater solidity and reliability.
To reduce vibrations during use, the bell is equipped with an anti-vibration plate, which is stamped and fixed using 3 welding points placed 120° apart from each other. This fixing system guarantees greater stability and reduces component wear over time.
Each Malossi CLUTCH BELL friction bell undergoes 100% balancing during production, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation. Additionally, the bell undergoes a soft nitriding heat treatment, which increases its wear resistance and extends its lifespan.
