The AIRSCUD FLEX airbag vest by Tucano Urbano is equipped with integrated In&motion technology, designed to predict and anticipate motorcycle rider falls. This safety system continuously updates, ensuring active protection of vital areas such as the chest, abdomen, neck, and spine. With a CE certification in class C (oversuit), the vest can be worn both under and over any jacket or outfit, making it particularly versatile for daily use in the city.

AIRSCUD FLEX is capable of completing the airbag inflation in less than 60 milliseconds, thanks to a detection algorithm that analyzes 1000 parameters per second through seven sensors (three accelerometers, three gyroscopes, and one GPS). The device offers a 30-hour battery life and automatic activation of standby mode, also facilitating safety checks and cartridge replacement independently. Additionally, the algorithm can be selected based on five riding modes: Street, Adventure, Track, Motocross, and Adventure Race.

The vest can be worn in three configurations: under a motorcycle jacket, over an outfit, or under a backpack (maximum weight 8 kg). The construction of the vest includes an exterior made from two high-tenacity fabrics, with a polyester mesh for ventilation and lightness, and mechanical stretch polyester on the sides and shoulders for optimal comfort. The lining consists of 3D mesh on the torso and lightweight polyester mesh, ensuring good breathability.

Regarding safety, the In&motion AIRBAG system can be activated via a subscription or by purchasing the In&box control unit. The vest is equipped with a CE EN 1621-2 certified back protector - Level 1 CPS, and features details such as reflective prints and rear zippers for access to the In&box.
