TUCANO URBANO FASTFLIP Modular helmet matte anthracite

The FASTFLIP modular helmet by Tucano Urbano is made of polycarbonate and certified P/J according to ECE 22.06 regulations. Its 180° flip-up chin guard allows the helmet to be used in two modes: as a full-face helmet, with the chin guard flipped forward, and as a jet helmet, with the chin guard rotated behind the head. The weight of the shell is 1780 g, with a tolerance of +/- 50 g.

The safety of the helmet is ensured by a shell made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and an internal double-density EPS shell, designed for high impact absorption. The strap features a micrometric quick-release closure, known as the Quick Release System. The transparent visor, made of polycarbonate and certified class A, is scratch-resistant and has a provision for inserting a PINLOCK lens, available separately.

Regarding comfort, the helmet is designed with an innovative thermoforming design that reduces seams. The interior is made of breathable and hypoallergenic microfiber, with Aero 3D mesh inserts, and is removable and washable. The helmet offers ample space in the ear area and is compatible with Bluetooth SMARTCOM by MIDLAND, in addition to a windproof chin strap.

Ventilation is ensured by a Clima System with three air intakes: one on the chin guard, one front-facing on the adjustable shell, and a rear extractor to maintain a constant internal temperature. The air channeling system in the EPS ensures better ventilation, contributing to a feeling of freshness during use.
