TUCANO URBANO EL'FRESH Demi-jet helmet matte hi-vis yellow

The EL'FRESH demi-jet helmet by Tucano Urbano is made of polycarbonate and features a thermoplastic shell, certified according to ECE 22.05 regulations. The weight of the helmet is 920 g with a tolerance of +/- 50 g. The inner shell is made of double-density EPS, designed for high impact absorption, and includes holes with metal mesh inserts for added safety. The strap is equipped with a micrometric quick-release closure, known as the Quick Release System.

Regarding visibility, the helmet comes with a retractable internal sun visor made of polycarbonate, certified and treated with a scratch-resistant coating, with a transmittance of about 80%. The visor is manually operated and can be easily removed thanks to the quick-release system. These features help ensure a clear and protected view while riding.

Comfort is a fundamental aspect of the EL'FRESH helmet, which features an interior designed with an innovative Luxury thermoformed design, minimizing seams. The lining is made of breathable and hypoallergenic microfiber, and is fully removable and washable. The inner cap in maxi Aero 3D mesh and the top liner with large holes promote air circulation, while the removable cheek pads are designed for summer use. The strap includes an anti-irritant microfiber chin strap, and the ear area is designed to provide ample space and comfort.

The helmet's ventilation is ensured by the Dynamic Flow system, which features large holes in the shell, tested to maximize incoming airflow. The EPS is equipped with an air channeling system to optimize internal ventilation, ensuring constant freshness. It is possible to integrate ventilation covers (code 001212910/001213025) sold separately, for additional customization options.
