The Stage6 R/T FL 100cc exhaust is a competition exhaust developed by the renowned German company specifically for their FL 100cc thermal group. Made of thin 0.8mm steel sheet, carefully hand-welded and produced in Italy, this exhaust comes with a high-quality carbon silencer. The geometry and volume have been designed to optimally support the Stage6 R/T FL100 cylinder. The exhaust manifold is not included, as it is already part of the R/T FL100 thermal group.

This Stage6 R/T exhaust is aimed at ambitious tuners and riders who want to maximize the power of their scooter. As is appropriate for a true racing exhaust, this exhaust is not painted or treated. We recommend regularly applying a lubricating spray to prevent rust formation.

Please note: To use this Stage6 R/T FL100 exhaust with other FL cylinders, a dedicated manifold will need to be made or purchased. The exhaust has been developed for the timing of the S6 R/T FL100 thermal group and features a curved needle (race version), a carbon silencer, and a bracket for mounting on Malossi engine cases. This is a non-homologated racing exhaust.
