The longer it runs, the more rust it develops both inside and out, clogs with soot or crack. To retain full performance and to keep lookin' good, your exhaust should be replaced. Standard exhaust systems are available for almost all small frame models. From V50 up to PK XL2, we've a wide range of models for you in our program. Attachment of original exhaust systems is possible from 50 to 125 cc's, because the elongated manifold screw brackets can be used and the exhaust can be tipped over the rocker mounting link pinion. With a little work and some bending, most systems can be fitted, though too much tension can lead to manifold breaking, that's why there are the following differences: The PIAGGIO for the Special fits well on the other 50cc's and with the bent to fit the bracket on the 125cc. The PIAGGIO 12021800, according to Piaggio, fits the Vespa 50 Revival/S/Special (D)/90/100/125/PV. We don't think so. But it fits the 50cc models. The FACO fits perfectly on the 50cc's and is less suitable for the 125cc's. The SITO is a tight fit with both 50cc's and 125cc's. The E-pass is officially only for the V5B2T/4/. Both ECO versions in black and chrome have a relatively wide manifold. This means more power. According to the manufacturer, they are meant for the Vespa 50 S/90. With a lot of squeezing and hammering, they will fit the other small frames. Standard exhaust systems are not meant just for original motors, they can also be used with small road tuning projects (for example, a 75cc cylinder). They're not conceived for top speeds or rpm monsters, but they are a good choice with classic plus points such as durability, original appearance, maximum road clearance and higher fuel economy. Conclusion: Perfect for restoration and daily usage. Useful for decent road tuning.
