FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free for these orders:

  • for orders over € 79,00 in Italy.
  • for orders over € 250,00 in Austria , Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croazia, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Isola di Man, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Ungheria.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

In the card of each article is reported the approximate time for the preparation of the shipment. Example "Shipped within 3 days".

The days indicated correspond to the approximate working days that we need to prepare the shipment and entrust it to the courier for delivery from when the order is validated and put in the status "in preparation", the count does not include the time of the courier to make the delivery. Shipments are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

When the order is validated and put in the status "in preparation" is sent an email with the estimated date of shipment and, for orders with delivery in Italy, the estimated delivery date. During busy periods, such as holidays, sales, or special promotions and campaigns, it may take longer than indicated to process your order.

In case of cash on delivery order one of our operators will contact you to proceed with the verification and validation of the order data.

In case of orders of more pieces with different timing we will make a single shipment when all items are ready to be shipped. In this case, in the checkout the expected time for the preparation of the shipment is calculated automatically considering the timing of the products in the cart.

 

ORDERS TRACKING

When the package will be entrusted to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking of the shipment, so you can monitor the delivery.

We invite you to monitor the progress of the shipment through the link provided via email to check the status of the specific delivery of the courier with all the relevant information (eg. DELIVERY, RECIPIENT ABSENT, AMOUNT CONTRACT NOT AVAILABLE, WRONG PHONE, WRONG ADDRESS).

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping methods, prices and expected delivery times vary depending on the products and the country of destination.

The cost of delivery is calculated and reported during checkout.

 

EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS

Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all Extra EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price different from the one paid or that it is a gift.

Customs charges and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU).

 

PARCEL TAMPERING

If the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery by the carrier you can:

  • Accept the package with reservation - Before signing the delivery document you must write "I accept with reservation because the package has the following anomaly....
  • Declare to the carrier that you refuse the package is unacceptable for tampering.

In the absence of these the product is considered by law delivered correctly.

 

NON-DELIVERY

We invite you to keep track of the progress of the shipment through the link provided via email to check the status of the specific delivery of the courier with all the relevant information (eg. DELIVERY, RECIPIENT ABSENT, AMOUNT NOT AVAILABLE, WRONG PHONE, WRONG ADDRESS).

In case of non-delivery to the first attempt for absence of the recipient at the specified address will be made a second delivery attempt.

In case of non-delivery at the second attempt or for problems such as address number or wrong phone number, the package may be returned to BRIXIAMOTO.com at your expense, including any costs that BRIXIAMOTO.com must bear for the return of the goods.

These costs shall be deducted in case of refund.

 

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

We cannot ship an order to an address with a different country than the one recorded in the billing address.

If paying by PayPal, we cannot ship an order to an address other than the one listed on your PayPal payment.

We cannot deliver to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.
