The TR48 top case is designed, engineered and made 100% in Barcelona with capacity for one helmet (Trail) or 2 helmets (Flip-up and jet). Made from hardened aluminium alloy, a stronger and lighter type of aluminium which allows a reduced cross section of 1.2mm to obtain a minimum weight with maximum resistance. Includes the patented (pending) “TERRA Lock System”.

• Capacity for 1 helmet (Trail) or 2 helmets (Flip-up and jet).

• “TERRA Lock System” patented (pending). Includes the lock mechanism and a retractable carrying handle. Designed for quick use with one hand which allows the user to open, close, mount and remove the case in just a few seconds.

• It has an aerodynamic, integrated structure made from a hardened aluminium alloy.

• Internal foam base that reduces the movement of the inside load.

• The case’s rubber sealed frame protects the interior from unfavourable weather conditions (water resistance).

• Possibility of adding additional load thanks to its external AISI 304 stainless steel hooks.

• Requires the installation of a SHAD Top Master and a mounting plate (not included). Three options of mounting plates: SHAD standard plate (D1B591PA), the Aluminium mounting plate or the Black Aluminium mounting plate (D1BTRPA2).

• The keys and lock cylinder are the new premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the chance of theft and with a cover that stops dust from entering. The lock cylinders are easy to change: You can unify the top & side cases for use it with one key.

Rear rack for SHAD motorcycle top case TOP MASTER

The SHAD Top Master fitting allows mounting a top case onto the motorcycle.It is a fitting specifically designed por each motorcycle model, taking into account its features. The result is a high-quality product, comfortable, safe, and easy to assemble and disassemble.

To mount the top case onto the bike it is necessary to add to this top fitting, the plate included in the SHAD cases (except for TERRA).

ATTENTION: top fitting not compatible with aluminium mounting plate (D1BTRPA2 and D1BTRPA).

Plate for SHAD motorcycle top case Large with screws

D1B591PA

Big Mounting Plate made from polypropylene, reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Designed in Barcelona to ensure a sleek and premium look on even the most modern bikes, including when the top case is not installed. Engineered to create a lightweight and durable base for your top case, reducing weight (almost 10% less) and adding strengthen through structural reinforcements such as recessed features and a honeycomb backside. Thus, allowing worry free travel even on those most daring adventures.

Hardware is included for mounting on most SHAD top master fittings (check compatibility on shad.es), or directly on the bike’s rack. A 4-point anti-vibration kit is installed on the plate to protect the top case. The brake light (D0B29KL) can be mounted under the plate to increase visibility and is sold as an optional accessory.

This mounting plate is included with SH48, SH50, SH58X and SH59X cases. Optional for TERRA cases TR48 & TR37.
