The SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon modular helmet represents a new frontier in terms of safety and comfort thanks to a fully handcrafted carbon shell, capable of offering great resistance while maintaining an extremely low weight. Equipped with dual P/J certification and compliant with the stringent ECE-R 22.06 regulation, it guarantees a high level of protection for motorcyclists of all types. The carbon structure is obtained using the same advanced lamination and autoclave polymerization techniques employed for competition helmets, and is finished by the same specialized technicians who create the helmets for the current Formula 1 world champion, making the E2 Carbon a truly unique product.

ONE SPECIALIST, ONE SHELL

The creation of the carbon shell follows the principle of one specialist, one shell, meaning the same technician who starts the lamination process is responsible for completing the entire processing phase.

ADVANCED AUTOKLAVE POLYMERIZATION FOR UNIQUE PERFORMANCE

When the lamination process is complete, the carbon mold is closed and transferred to the vacuum station, where specialized operators meticulously wrap and vacuum the mold to prepare it for the autoclave polymerization cycle.

The SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves apply a precise combination of pressure and temperature for a cycle lasting up to four hours. This process fuses the layers of carbon fiber and resin into a solid, monolithic structure, ensuring superior mechanical resistance while keeping weight extremely low.

ADJUSTABLE VISOR

The visor of the E2 Carbon has been developed in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel to reduce oscillations and vibrations. The E2 Carbon offers multiple configurations, with the visor not only easily adjustable in three positions but also easily removable.

It’s the small details that distinguish a SCHUBERTH helmet. Introduced for the first time with the E1 visor, the memory function is also present on the visor and the shield of the E2 Carbon. This function ensures that the selected visor position remains the same even after opening and closing the chin guard.

EXTREME VENTILATION FOR ALL-DAY COMFORT

For comfort on long distances, both off-road and on-road, effective ventilation and temperature control are essential.

The SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon features a dual air intake on the chin guard. The upper air intake prevents visor fogging in cold conditions, while the lower one provides additional airflow in extreme heat. Since dust, mud, and insects are part of off-road adventures, the chin air intake is also equipped with a washable and replaceable filter to keep the helmet clean and comfortable.

ADVANCED HEAD VENTILATION

The E2 Carbon redefines the concept of ventilation. With an adjustable upper air intake in two positions and a newly designed enlarged spoiler with an air extractor, it ensures superior airflow in the most challenging conditions.

For SCHUBERTH, safety is a top priority. The E2 Carbon, with its fully carbon shell, offers exceptional mechanical resistance while remaining incredibly lightweight. Additionally, it features dual P/J certification and meets the rigorous ECE-R 22.06 regulation.

Like the entire SCHUBERTH line, the E2 Carbon is equipped with the Anti-Roll-Off system, combined with advanced strap positioning to enhance comfort in the throat area.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The most advanced technology just for your SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon. Extremely easy to install, configure, and use, the SC communication systems set a new standard for communication while riding. The HD speakers and three antennas for FM radio, Bluetooth intercom, and Mesh intercom are already pre-installed inside the helmet.

Extremely simple to install: Insert the HD BOOM microphone, remove the covers on the back of the helmet, free the remote housing on the side, connect them both, turn them on, and you’re ready to ride!

SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

The interiors of the SCHUBERTH E2 Carbon have been developed to offer uncompromising comfort to all our customers, but those with “extreme head shapes” are usually forced to compromise on fit and size.

For SCHUBERTH, compromise is not an option, so with the new generation of helmets, we have introduced the SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL program. A specific program aimed at ensuring maximum comfort for the motorcyclist, offering the possibility to customize the internal padding with multiple thickness options for the side, back, and cheek pads.
