The new Rapid Bike Easy 2 control unit is a management module that interfaces with the signal coming from the lambda sensor equipped with specific 'Plug & Play' wiring, ready for installation on the original system.
The housing is made of ABS, sealed with epoxy resins to ensure maximum protection against shocks, vibrations, and thermal excursions (automotive standard) and is waterproof.
Description and Operation
Additional control unit equipped with a microprocessor that allows modification of the signal coming from the lambda sensor and air temperature.
The calibration of the control unit is performed with a simple adjustment on a trimmer (adjustment screws) that corrects the injection timing, significantly increasing performance.
The management of the lambda sensor is carried out by reading the signal and reproducing it with modified characteristics in order to achieve a correction from the mapping at all speeds, and improve the engine's response and delivery.
