Using the two M6 hex screws that secure the variator cover, the rear variator pulleys can be widened to reduce tension on the transmission belt. Next, proceed to unscrew the crankshaft nut, removing the original pulley and replacing it with the fixed pulley POLINI.

It is recommended to tighten the crankshaft nut to a torque of 16 Kgf.m – 160 N.m to ensure proper installation and operation. This product is ideal for those looking to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of their scooter, ensuring a smoother and more dynamic ride.
