POLINI Teflon Oil Seal Yamaha Variator Side

The POLINI oil seal made of Teflon for the variator side represents an innovative solution to ensure a perfect seal in the most common mopeds and scooters. Made of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber), this oil seal is designed to withstand high thermal stresses, thus ensuring a longer lifespan compared to standard models. The sealing lip is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which significantly reduces the coefficient of friction, contributing to lower heat dissipation and lower operating temperatures.

Compatible with the most common crankshafts and primary shafts of CVT transmissions, the POLINI oil seal is perfectly interchangeable with original spare parts. It has been developed for competition engines but fits just as well with standard engines, where the reduction of friction allows for higher rotational speeds, thus optimizing vehicle performance.
