Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two distinct layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI, and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination allows for effective filtration of smaller particles while maintaining its characteristics over time, as larger particles do not come into contact with the fine layer.

The wavy outer surface of the filter promotes greater airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. According to European Standards EN779, the filter achieves a weight efficiency of over 90%, with an effectiveness of over 50% for 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter is designed to be regenerable and cleanable, allowing for washing and drying for prolonged use.
