Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two distinct layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination effectively filters out smaller particles while maintaining its characteristics longer, as larger particles do not come into contact with the fine layer.

The wavy outer surface is designed to optimize the intake of airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. According to European Standards EN779, the filter achieves a weight efficiency of over 90%, with a specific efficiency of over 50% for 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter has a greater capacity to retain dust due to impregnation with specific oil for foam filters, and it can be regenerated and cleaned through simple washing and drying.
