The POLINI air filter to be cut 30x40 is designed to optimize the performance of the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters. Made from flexible polyurethane foam based on polyester, this filter consists of two layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination ensures effective particle filtration, maintaining its characteristics for a longer time.

The wavy outer surface of the filter promotes greater airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. With an efficiency that meets European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, the filter offers a weight efficiency of over 90% and a capacity to retain over 50% of 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through a simple wash and dry process.
