POLINI Air Filter PIAGGIO NRG/NTT-GILERA

The POLINI air filter is designed to provide superior performance for the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters. Made from flexible polyester-based polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two layers of sponge: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination effectively filters out the smallest particles while maintaining its characteristics longer, as larger particles do not come into contact with the fine layer.

The wavy outer surface of the filter facilitates increased airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. According to European Standards EN779, the filter achieves a weight efficiency of over 90%, with a filtering capacity of over 50% for 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through a simple washing and drying process, ensuring long life and consistent performance.
