The Polini air filter is designed to optimize the performance of the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters, ensuring superior airflow and greater engine efficiency. Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI, which filters out the smallest particles, and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI, which allows for optimal airflow.

The wavy outer surface promotes increased air intake while retaining 50% more coarse dust. With an efficiency exceeding 90% according to European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, the filter can retain over 50% of 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through a simple wash and dry process, ensuring long-lasting durability and consistent performance.

By replacing the original filter with the Polini air filter, the air-fuel mixture is optimized, improving engine performance and providing a more responsive and powerful ride.
