The POLINI Air Filter is designed to optimize the performance of the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters. Made from flexible polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two distinct layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI, which filters out the smallest particles, and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI, which allows for optimal airflow. The wavy outer surface promotes greater air intake while retaining 50% more coarse dust.

With an efficiency that meets the European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, the filter offers a weight efficiency of over 90% and a capacity to retain over 50% of 1-micron particles. Thanks to the ability to impregnate the filter with specific oil, the dust retention capacity is further increased. Additionally, the filter is easily regenerable and cleanable through washing and drying.
