The Polini air filter is designed for the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters, representing a significant upgrade over the original filter. Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam based on polyester, this filter consists of two layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI, which filters out the smallest particles, and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI, allowing for optimal airflow.
The wavy outer surface of the filter not only facilitates air intake but also retains 50% more coarse dust particles. With an efficiency exceeding 90% according to European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, the Polini filter can retain over 50% of 1-micron particles. Additionally, it can be regenerated through a simple washing and drying process, ensuring a long lifespan.
