The Polini air filter is designed to optimize the performance of the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters, ensuring improved airflow and greater engine efficiency. Made from flexible polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two layers of sponge: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination allows for the filtration of smaller particles, maintaining the filter's performance over time, as larger particles do not come into contact with the fine layer.

The wavy outer surface of the filter promotes optimal airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. With an efficiency compliant with European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, the filter achieves a weight efficiency of over 90% and over 50% with 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through washing and drying, ensuring a long lifespan and consistent performance.

By replacing the original filter with the Polini Original Air Filter, the air-fuel mixture is optimized, improving engine performance and ensuring a more responsive and powerful ride.
