POLINI air filter GILERA RUNNER/STALKER

The POLINI air filter represents a fundamental upgrade for 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters, designed to ensure superior performance and greater engine efficiency. Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam, this filter consists of two layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI, and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This combination allows for the filtration of smaller particles while maintaining its characteristics longer, as larger particles do not come into contact with the fine layer.

The wavy outer surface of the filter promotes optimal airflow intake while retaining 50% more coarse dust. According to European standards EN779, the filter achieves a weight efficiency of over 90%, with an effectiveness of over 50% for particles of 1 micron. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through washing and drying, ensuring a long lifespan and consistent performance.
