The POLINI air filter is designed for the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters, offering optimization of engine performance. Made from flexible polyurethane foam based on cross-linked polyester, this filter consists of two layers of sponge: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI. This structure allows for the filtration of only the smallest particles, maintaining its characteristics longer and preventing contact with larger particles.

The wavy outer surface promotes greater airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust. According to European Standards EN779, the filter has a weight efficiency of over 90% and a filtration capacity of over 50% for 1-micron particles. Additionally, the filter can be regenerated and cleaned through a simple washing and drying process, ensuring long-lasting durability and consistent performance.
