POLINI AIR FILTER APRILIA SR50 FACTORY

The POLINI air filter is designed to optimize the performance of the most common 50 cc scooters and maxi scooters. Made from flexible expanded polyurethane foam based on polyester, this filter consists of two layers: a fine blue layer with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black layer with a porosity of 30 PPI.

The wavy structure of the outer surface allows for greater airflow while retaining 50% more coarse dust particles. Its efficiency complies with European Standards EN779 of grade G3-G4, ensuring a weight efficiency of over 90% and a filtration capacity of over 50% for particles of 1 micron.

Additionally, the filter can be impregnated with specific oil to further enhance its dust retention capability and can be regenerated through simple washing and drying. By replacing the original filter with the POLINI Original Air Filter, airflow during the intake phase is improved, optimizing the air-fuel mixture and increasing engine performance.
