The POLINI control unit is an essential component for optimizing the performance of your scooter. Designed to be mounted with code 140.0238, this control unit is compatible with the PIAGGIO MEDLEY and VESPA GTS 125/150 EURO 5 models. Its installation is simple and intuitive: just locate the injector connector and connect the Polini terminals, following the guidelines for the correct positioning of the cables.
To ensure a secure installation, it is necessary to connect the eyelet from the Polini wiring harness to the frame ground. After drilling a hole in the under-seat compartment, the control unit can be secured inside using the adhesive Velcro provided in the package.
The control unit offers the ability to select different operating maps by simply swapping the connectors: Map 1 is ideal for use with the original cylinder kit, variator, and exhaust, while Map 2 is optimized for pairing with the Polini cylinder kit, variator, and exhaust.
Additionally, for proper operation, it is necessary to connect the TPS and crank sensor wires following the detailed instructions included in the manual. With the POLINI control unit, you can enhance the efficiency of your scooter and enjoy a more responsive and high-performing riding experience.
