The POLINI stabilizer diaphragm is an innovative component designed to optimize the performance of any two-stroke engine, whether small or large displacement. This device, strategically positioned between the carburetor and the cylinder or between the carburetor and the reed valve, acts as a recovery tank for excess intake gases. During the intake phase, when the piston descends, the diaphragm fills with fresh gases that would otherwise be wasted. When the piston rises, these gases are released, joining the main flow from the carburetor. This process significantly improves the engine's torque, ensuring a smooth transition between low and high RPMs.

For effective installation, it is essential to position the diaphragm in a part of the frame that is above the level of the carburetor, avoiding orienting the nozzle upwards. It is advisable to find an ideal point at the top of the intake manifold, disassemble it, and drill a 10 mm hole if the manifold is rubber, or 8.5 mm if it is aluminum, and then thread it with a 10x1.25 mm tap. Once the fitting is secured on the sleeve, the system will be ready to ensure optimal performance for your engine.
