To install it, you need to remove the original flywheel, stator, and control unit. Then, proceed to mount the POLINI stator onto the mounting plate using TCEI M6x25 screws, ensuring that the wires pass through the dedicated slot. The stator mounting plate should be screwed to the casing with TCEI M5x14 screws and Ø5x20 washers. It is essential to correctly position the advance references.
The setup also requires mounting the flywheel on the crankshaft, securing it with the provided nut (45/50 Nm), and installing the cooling fan with TBEI M5x10 screws. It is important to center the drive pins during this phase. The wiring must be connected as indicated in the instructions, ensuring a proper connection of the coil and rectifier.
