Available in two versions, the first includes seals, bearings, gaskets, studs, a reed valve, a set of screws, and two intake manifolds: one with a diameter of 15 mm for the original carburetor and one with a diameter of 17-19 mm for larger carburetors. The second version comes with 15 mm and 17-19 mm intake manifolds, a reed valve, screws, and gaskets, requiring special attention during the installation of the bearings and seals.

To ensure a correct installation, it is essential to disassemble the engine and thoroughly clean all parts to be reused, checking that the crankshaft and the roller cage of the pin are in perfect condition. The casings must be heated to about 250 degrees before inserting the main bearings, which should fit in effortlessly. Once assembled, proceed with the installation of the gaskets, crankshaft, and screws, ensuring everything is tightened evenly.

The casing is compatible with variators and ignitions, and for versions with kick starter, it is necessary to shorten the flywheel casing fixing screw by 10 mm. This product is essential for those looking to improve the performance of their moped, ensuring an excellent riding experience.
