The second version, on the other hand, is equipped with intake manifolds of 15 mm and 17-19 mm, a reed valve, screws, and gaskets, requiring more attention during the assembly of the bearings and seals.
For a proper installation, it is essential to disassemble the engine and thoroughly clean all reusable parts, ensuring that the crankshaft and the roller cage are in perfect condition. The seals must be installed in the case, which should be heated to about 250 degrees to facilitate the insertion of the bearings. Once assembled, the case must be sealed evenly with screws, and any excess gaskets should be removed to ensure a perfect fit.
