The POLINI engine casing is designed to optimize the performance of your moped, increasing power and ensuring smooth operation. Available in two versions, the first includes seals, bearings, gaskets, studs, a reed valve, a set of screws, and two intake manifolds: one with a diameter of 15 mm for original carburetors and one with a diameter of 17-19 mm for oversized carburetors. The second version is equipped with intake manifolds of 15 mm and 17-19 mm, a reed valve, screws, and gaskets, requiring special attention during the installation of the bearings and seals.

For a correct installation, it is essential to disassemble the engine and thoroughly clean all reusable parts, checking that the crankshaft and the roller cage are in perfect condition. The seals must be installed in the casing, which should be heated to about 250 degrees to facilitate the insertion of the bearings. Once assembled, the casing must be closed evenly, following the instructions to ensure excellent sealing and high performance.
