Check the status of your order
PREPARATION TIMES
On each product page, the estimated preparation time for shipping is indicated, for example "Shipped within 3 days". The indicated days correspond to the business days required to prepare the order and hand it over to the courier. This time does not include the subsequent delivery phase by the courier.
PREPARATION DAYS AND POSSIBLE DELAYS
Shipments are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, such as sales, holidays, or special campaigns, processing times may be longer.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS AND DIFFERENT TIMELINES
If an order contains multiple items with different shipping times, a single shipment will be made when all products are ready. In this case, the system automatically calculates the total processing time at checkout, considering the products in the cart.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to monitor its progress. We recommend regularly checking the shipment status to verify any updates from the courier.
