Here we offer you the MVT Premium internal rotor ignition with light for AM6 engines.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF MVT PREMIUM 21 IGNITION?
- Analog ignition
- Easy adjustment: no need for a timing pin, set it to 0 by aligning the two marks at TDC: top dead center of the piston.
- Can be limited to 45 km/h (see manual)
- Easier RPM increase thanks to the compact rotor
- Power supply at 12V for lights

To achieve even higher performance, you can install an MVT Eprom multicurve box to switch the ignition to the digital version ==> to be mounted on Hyper Racing configurations!
We recommend using a racing spark plug and a carburetor of at least 19 mm.
The MVT Premium21 ignition is a great alternative when you want to replace the original ignition with a more powerful model while maintaining the 12V power supply for the headlights. It is a quick way to increase the performance of your 50cc Motorcycle.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- A charged 12-volt battery is essential for the operation of the MVT ignition system. If you don't have one, we recommend the SLA4L-BS 12V - 5Ah battery. If you don't have a battery on your bike, you will need the MVT Premium AM6 ignition without a battery: MVT PREM12.
- Mainly suitable for 50cc motorcycles with Minarelli AM6 engine after 2003
- Please note that for Yamaha TZR, MBK X-Power, Rieju RS3, etc., this ignition does not allow the use of electric start.
WARNING: MVT Premium ignitions have been modified in 2023, the coil and CDI are now a single piece. Therefore, there is no longer a blue wire for ignition attachment and the connection instructions will be temporarily incorrect.
