The DOT 5.1 brake fluid is a synthetic fluid based on polyglycol, designed to ensure optimal performance in disc and drum braking systems, with particular attention to vehicles equipped with ABS. This product complies with FMVSS 116 DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 regulations, and is distinguished by its compatibility with other DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5 fluids, making it versatile and easy to use.

Thanks to its high wet boiling point, this fluid offers superior longevity, ensuring smooth and safe circulation within anti-lock braking systems. Its formulation is resistant to corrosion and does not damage the seals of the braking system, thus contributing to greater reliability over time.

It is recommended to replace the fluid every 12-24 months, depending on the manufacturer's guidelines, and to store it properly in the original container to avoid moisture absorption. It is important to note that the fluid should not be mixed with silicone-based products or special fluids such as LHM, as this could compromise the vehicle's paint.

With a distinctive yellow color, this brake oil has a viscosity of 2.1 mm²/s at 100°C and 820.0 mm²/s at -40°C, with a dry boiling point of 269.0 °C and a wet boiling point of 187.0 °C, thus ensuring high performance even under extreme conditions.
