The MOTUL City Rider Peugeot 5W-40 4T motor oil has been specially developed for Peugeot motorcycles. This synthetic oil is formulated for modern high-performance scooters and maxi-scooters with 4-stroke engines and a displacement starting from 50 cm³. It is suitable for all types of scooters, both fuel-injected and carbureted, and can be used on models with or without a catalytic converter.
Peugeot motorcycles are often used for daily city traffic, and the MOTUL City Rider Peugeot 5W-40 4T oil has been officially recommended by Peugeot Motorcycles for service. This synthetic motor oil reduces internal engine friction and improves mechanical efficiency, ensuring optimal power delivery, engine protection, and cleanliness.
Its JASO MA formulation ensures perfect operation when the scooter is equipped with an oil bath clutch. Additionally, it has high resistance to high temperatures, making it particularly suitable for urban use, both at full load for long periods and at idle at traffic lights.
The SAE 5W-40 viscosity grade improves cold engine start-up and reduces wear. Furthermore, the very low evaporation loss reduces oil consumption. Its special formulation with synthesis technology guarantees engine cleanliness, with enhanced detergent and dispersant properties for better resistance to viscosity increase due to unburned deposits generated during engine operation.
