A Full Circle Crankshaft boosts rpm's in all ranges, motors show more pep and agility with a higher power output. This high quality Full Circle Crankshaft from Italian manufacturer MAZZUCCHELLI, has minimal manufacturing tolerances and reduced bearing play. A real guarantee for stability in high rpm ranges and absolute durability. A Full Circle Crankshaft, in comparison to original crankshafts, has a closed shaft flange. Precompression is higher, crankcase turbulence is reduced. A polished edged connecting rod and lower con rod bearing as silver bearing meet highest requirements. All crankshafts are delivered with upper connecting rod bearing. Ideal usage in connection with direct intakes such as the MALOSSI 136 cc or PARMAKITS. When used with other cylinders, a reed valve manifold is necessary, This also requires the crankcase intake to be enlarged to fit, so the closed flange doesn't close the intake completely. In older 50 cc motors, the precompression plate is often defect. Another situation where a reed valve manifold with a full circle crankshaft can save a crankcase from being thrown away.
