The fixed pulley Malossi for Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke engines with electric start is a high-quality product designed to offer numerous advantages.
This pulley is equipped with integrated teeth on the outer diameter, which allows for a perfect coupling with an electric starter motor. Furthermore, it is completely interchangeable with the original pulley and can be adapted to both the Malossi MULTIVAR variator and the original one.
The pulley is made of carbon steel, a resistant and durable material. Its surface is tempered to ensure greater durability over time. The pulley has an outer diameter of 118 mm and is heat-treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 40-50. Its dark surface finish gives it an elegant and modern appearance.
Another important feature of this pulley is the pulley angle, which is 14°. This allows for better engine performance and smoother acceleration. Additionally, the pulley is equipped with 18 internal grooved teeth, which ensure perfect operation and greater efficiency.
