The Malossi HTRoll variator rollers are made with high-quality materials and are suitable for both original variators and MULTIVAR, ensuring reliable resistance over time. Thanks to their composition in CPT, the HTRoll rollers are designed to offer an impeccable driving experience.
Each roller is marked on one side with its specific weight, making calibration and adaptation to your vehicle easier. These rollers represent a technical alternative to the original ones, offering a complete set of calibration elements to perfectly adjust the transmission ratio of your scooter, improving both speed and acceleration.
Thanks to the rotation effect, the weight of the rollers translates into centrifugal force, directly influencing the shifting time and engine response. By choosing lighter rollers, the engine increases its RPM, while with heavier rollers, the RPM decreases.
To optimize the performance of your engine, it is essential to use rollers that keep the engine within the rotation range of maximum power during use.
