Malossi MHR Over Range complete transmission

The complete Malossi OVER RANGE transmission group has been designed to support constantly increasing performance.

The system is based on the new Fixed Pulley torque corrector fixed pulley, which has a larger diameter and cutting-edge technological features.

Thanks to its larger diameter, the pulley allows for a significantly greater excursion of the transmission ratio compared to the original pulley.

The fixed pulley is made with special materials and a particular thermochemical treatment to ensure high wear resistance and superior mechanical strength.

The MULTIVAR MHR variator has been updated with new roller tracks, a new contrast spring, and a new longer hub, optimizing the ratios and allowing the use of a more powerful belt.

This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, offering top-level technical results.

To fully exploit the range of the torque corrector group, a new Malossi Special Belt toothed belt has been designed with an increased section and updated length, ensuring maximum performance in all usage conditions.

The kit consists of the MULTIVAR MHR variator, Torque Driver, pulley group, Fly Clutch, Wing Clutch Bell, and primary gear shaft.

Attention: after installing the Malossi Over Range, it will no longer be possible to start the vehicle with pedals, special starting tools will be necessary.

The Special Belt is sold separately.
