Malossi Over Range MHR Complete Transmission Long Piaggio Case

The Malossi OVER RANGE complete transmission group for Piaggio with long engine casing is an innovative system that offers numerous advantages. Its main feature is the new Fixed Pulley of the torque corrector, which has a larger diameter than the original pulley. Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain a much wider range of transmission ratios.

The fixed pulley is made of special materials and undergoes a thermochemical treatment that gives it high wear resistance and great mechanical strength. Furthermore, it is designed to work optimally with the Malossi torque driver, which has the same diameter as the fixed pulley.

To fully exploit the available power on competition vehicles, a new toothed belt in Kevlar® with an increased section and updated length has been introduced. This belt ensures maximum performance in all operating conditions.

The MULTIVAR variator has been updated with new tracks for the rollers and a new hub. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, the result of experience gained on racing circuits and Cad-Cam technology. Thanks to these improvements, it is possible to achieve very high-level technical results.

To complete the OVER RANGE system, it is possible to add the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced Wing Clutch Bell clutch bell (not included in the Kit). These components complete the renovation of the transmission system and fully exploit the exceptional technical characteristics of the Malossi OVER RANGE complete transmission group for Piaggio with long engine casing.
