Malossi Over Range MHR Complete Transmission PIAGGIO 2000 Long Crankcase

The Malossi MHR Aluminum Over Range kit is designed to improve engine efficiency and power, while also ensuring durability and flexibility in adjustments.

The heart of the new transmission kit is the constantly evolving Malossi MULTIVAR variator, which is accompanied by two sets of rollers to adjust the transmission's operation according to individual needs.

Thanks to the wide range of variator roller options available in the catalog, customization possibilities are practically endless.

Inside the variator, the roller sliding ramps have been redesigned to maximize transmission balance.

Malossi didn't stop there and also revised the hub, which is not only chrome-plated and rectified, but also subjected to a vibrofinishing treatment, one of the most recent and advanced mirror finishing techniques.

For the first time, the Malossi MULTIVAR MHR Aluminum variator is also supplied with the VENTILVAR fixed half-pulley.

On the other side of the casing is the new Malossi Rear Pulley System MHR Aluminum torque corrector, now made of aluminum to increase lightness and strength.

The pulley is securely fixed to the hubs to ensure maximum grip, and the tolerance between the hub and the bushing has been reduced to a roughness degree of just Ra.04.

The Torque Driver torque corrector is made of aluminum, a material with excellent heat dissipation properties, and has undergone a microdrilling treatment to increase the grip of the transmission belt and keep it clean and efficient by expelling heat-affected parts through the holes.

The X K Belt Malossi transmission belt, based on the technology used for belts designed for maxi-scooters, features an extremely reduced section and is intended for competition two-stroke scooters, ensuring grip and consistent performance.
