Malossi MHR Over Range Complete Transmission for short Yamaha Minarelli engines

The complete transmission group Malossi OVER RANGE for Yamaha and Minarelli engines is an innovative system that offers numerous advantages. Its main feature is the new fixed pulley of the torque driver, Fixed Pulley, which has a larger diameter than the original pulley. Thanks to this increase in diameter, the transmission ratio can be adjusted much more widely than normal. In addition, the pulley is made of special materials and undergoes a thermochemical treatment that guarantees high wear resistance and mechanical strength.

The fixed pulley is designed to work optimally with the Malossi torque driver, which has the same diameter. To make the most of the available power on competition vehicles, a new toothed belt Malossi in Kevlar® with an increased section and updated length has been introduced. This belt ensures maximum performance in all operating conditions.

The transmission system is completed by the MULTIVAR variator, which has been updated with new tracks for the rollers and a new hub. This new variator is the result of experience gained on race circuits and Cad-Cam technology, guaranteeing high-level technical performance.

For an even more complete driving experience, it is possible to add the patented adjustable Delta Clutch and the reinforced Malossi Wing Clutch Bell (not included in the kit). These components complete the OVER RANGE system and offer additional advantages in terms of performance and durability.
