Malossi gear case ROLLER CRANKCASE MHR for Yamaha Minarelli engines

The MHR crankcase cover for Minarelli-Yamaha engines has undergone a restyling that has brought important innovations. It now features a military green anodized oxidation treatment, a diamond surface with the Malossi MHR logo, and an engraving depicting an MHR lion. In addition, a bearing and an oil seal have been inserted on the primary shaft.

This gear case has been designed for 50 cc scooters and Minarelli Yamaha engines, with the aim of offering competitive performance and a sporty customization of the standard vehicle. Malossi has completely revised the transmission components, drastically reducing friction by replacing the original die-cast crankcase with a gravity-cast one, equipped with special bearings.

This crankcase, made with precision machine tools, is robust and lightweight, capable of withstanding the extremely high workloads typical of competitions. It is perfectly interchangeable with the original one and comes complete with all accessories. Furthermore, it allows for a 4% reduction in friction.

The gear case is reinforced with primary silicon-aluminum alloy, gravity-cast and heat-treated. The seats of the secondary shafts have been enlarged to accommodate two special roller bearings, an increased load ball bearing, and an oil seal ring.
