Malossi MHR CRANKCASE for original Piaggio secondary gears

Malossi presents the new ROLLER CRANKCASE MHR TEAM gearboxes for Piaggio engines. These gearboxes are designed for 50 cc Piaggio scooters and engines, offering optimal performance for competitions and a sporty customization of the standard vehicle.

Malossi has drastically reduced friction by completely revising the transmission components. The original die-cast friction movement gearboxes have been replaced with two gravity-cast gearboxes equipped with special bearings.

The new gearboxes, made with precision machine tools, are robust and lightweight, capable of withstanding the high workloads typical of competitions. They are perfectly interchangeable with the original gearboxes and come complete with all necessary accessories.

The Roller Crankcase gearboxes are perfectly interchangeable with the original ones and allow for a 4% reduction in friction. They can be paired with both Malossi secondary gears and the original ones.

The technical characteristics and components include reinforced gearboxes made of primary silicon aluminum alloy, gravity-cast and heat-treated. The seats for the secondary shafts are enlarged to accommodate two special roller bearings and a ball bearing with increased load capacity. A oil seal ring is also included.

The Roller Crankcase, Piaggio II series, complement the gearboxes for Minarelli Yamaha 50 cc horizontal engines in the Malossi catalog, offering the same technologies and characteristics of smoothness and robustness.
